What started as a marketing website grew into a unified business platform spanning 12 feature areas. The public site covers property management services, area guides, tenant resources, and live rental listings synced from ShowMojo every 5 hours. Behind a Google OAuth-protected dashboard, the operations team manages AI voice and text chat (powered by xAI Grok with RAG knowledge bases), a social media publishing engine that composes and schedules posts across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, Bluesky, and Google Business Profile, SEO analytics pulling from GA4 and Search Console, client and property records imported from AppFolio, Twilio SMS compliance monitoring, and AI-assisted SOP documentation. A bridge to Aptly CRM gives the business owner visibility into development progress without needing technical tools. At 76,500+ lines of code across 514 files, 92 API endpoints, and 17 third-party integrations, this is our most complex delivery to date.

We inherited a pre-existing codebase without version control and performed a full audit and restructuring. The platform replaced manual wholesale ordering with a self-service web application featuring PayPal REST v2 payment processing, role-based admin and user dashboards, user registration with flexible credentials, and transactional email via Resend. The production runtime uses FrankenPHP with Laravel Octane, a single-binary PHP server ideal for containerized deployment on our Coolify infrastructure.

We partnered with author Dorian Des Lauriers to create a launch platform for his spiritual awakening memoir. The site achieves 99/100/100/100 Lighthouse scores with every element keyboard-accessible and screen reader optimized. Fully bilingual English and Spanish with Astro's i18n routing. The signup system includes a custom admin dashboard with real-time stats, CSV export, and session-based authentication backed by PostgreSQL. Animated light ray effects work seamlessly in both light and dark modes. Google Analytics runs through Partytown for zero main-thread impact.

Rather than using embedded widgets, we built a complete custom Shopify theme to maintain brand consistency with the main Awaken site. Starting from Dawn, we stripped out everything unnecessary and rebuilt it to match the exact design system. We solved complex technical challenges including Printful's 40-variant product structures with size and color combinations, dynamic image switching based on variant selection, price updates per size tier, and AJAX cart functionality. The bilingual implementation uses Shopify's locale system with separate JSON files for English and Spanish. The result is a store that feels like a natural extension of the author's brand.

A bilingual website for a boutique hotel emphasizing spiritual hospitality, Blue Zone living, and art in Montezuma, Costa Rica. The site features room showcases, a contact form protected by reCAPTCHA with Resend email delivery, and a video optimization pipeline that generates 8 variants per source video (4 resolutions across H.264 and VP9 codecs) using Apple Silicon hardware encoding. Built on Astro 6, making it the most forward-looking project in our stack. The design uses a deep teal and sage green palette reflecting the jungle and ocean setting.

A prerendered marketing site for a family adoption consulting practice in Costa Rica. The design centers on the 'Teal Thread' concept where teal accents visually connect the adoption journey throughout the site. Built with neumorphic cards, a navy, teal, and snow palette, Urbanist typography, and fluid sizing using CSS clamp() throughout. Clean three-tier component architecture following our standards. One of our most polished static site deliveries with comprehensive design system documentation.

An image-heavy portfolio site for a construction and project management firm. Features 17 individual project gallery pages with PhotoSwipe lightbox, a featured projects bento grid on the homepage, glassmorphism commitment cards, and a contact form with Resend email and reCAPTCHA v3. The standout feature is the CDN integration: 440 responsive AVIF image variants managed through our Lyra asset pipeline, each with responsive srcset, blurhash placeholders, and dominant color extraction. This is the heaviest CDN-dependent project in our portfolio and serves as the reference implementation for our image optimization pipeline.

A full digital setup for a professional skincare practice in Klamath Falls, Oregon, run by Janlyn Rogers, RN and Licensed Esthetician. Built with Astro 6 SSR and Tailwind CSS v4. The site showcases services including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and dermaplaning, with Google Calendar booking integration for direct appointment scheduling. Features the Green Envee product line presentation and practice philosophy. All assets served from our Lyra CDN. Migrated from a static site to server-rendered Astro with Docker deployment on our Coolify infrastructure.

A professional handyman services website that stands out through its distinctive retro gaming design language. Every element uses sharp angles, clip-path polygons, octagons, and hard edges. No rounded corners anywhere on the site. The design combines VT323 pixel font, 3D extruded buttons, and vibrant primary colors with Three.js integration for 3D visual elements. Targeting the Sacramento market with prominent lead generation CTAs. Built with Astro 5 and React 19, with full dark mode support and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance.

Our in-house hotel management solution designed to handle everything from room bookings and payments to vendor integrations. Built as a multi-tenant system where each hotel operates in an isolated database environment. Currently in active development as part of our internal product suite.

Orion is the platform that runs Vector. It manages clients, projects, invoicing, email communication (Gmail sync every 5 minutes), blog content with a Monaco editor and AI writing assistant, deployment monitoring via Coolify integration, and real-time task analytics that power the activity dashboards on our public site. Approximately 60 tables across 10 schema files with 40+ Drizzle ORM migrations. The development data from Orion feeds through Rigel to all Vector web properties.
