01Agreement

These terms govern your use of vectorcr.com and the Vector client portal, operated by Vector Costa Rica, San Ramón, Alajuela, Costa Rica (“Vector”, “we”). By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

02Our website

The content on vectorcr.com describes our studio and services. We work to keep it accurate, but it is general information, not a binding offer, and we may change it at any time.

03Services and projects

Our design, development, hosting and support services are provided under a separate proposal or agreement with each client. That agreement sets the scope, timeline, price and deliverables, and it prevails over these terms if the two differ.

04Client portal

We give portal access to our clients. You are responsible for keeping your access link and password confidential and for activity under your account; tell us right away at info@vectorcr.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Only upload files you have the right to share, and never malware or unlawful content. We may suspend access to protect the portal, our clients or our systems.

05Invoices and payment

Invoices are issued in US dollars or Costa Rican colones, as stated on each invoice, and are due on the terms shown on it or in your agreement. If an invoice remains unpaid past its due date, we may pause the related services, including hosting, after notifying you.

06Intellectual property

The content, design, code and brand of vectorcr.com belong to Vector or its licensors. Ownership of client deliverables is set by the client’s agreement. You may not copy or reuse our site’s content without permission.

07Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to our site, portal or systems; do not use our forms to send spam or malicious content; and do not use automated means to collect data from our site in ways that harm it.

08Third-party links and services

Our site may link to other websites and use third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

09Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Vector is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or the portal. Liability for client services is governed by the client’s agreement. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Costa Rica, unless a client agreement says otherwise.
